We are about to launch Liquidity Farming V1, our first ever implementation of a liquidity farming module for our community to engage with —and just another means of expanding the Prophecy ecosystem, allowing our community to earn tokens in more ways than ever before.
In this short article, we’ll be giving you all the simple details you need to know:
What are the values for Liquidity Farming V1?
Total token rewards: 2.5 million $PRY (2,500,000)
Liquidity farming duration: 6 months
$PRY per block: 2.12 $PRY
Liquidity pair: PRY / ETH
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
If you are planning on ADDING more liquidity after initially adding some (so you already have rewards accumulated for doing so), please claim your eligible reward value before doing so.
If you add additional liquidity on an already added amount, it will start the reward counter at 0, so do ensure you claim this reward value before doing so.
Claiming your liquidity rewards does not pull your liquidity, so please feel free to claim this value — THEN add additional liquidity.
We’re currently working to ensure the value does not return to 0 if you add additional liquidity, this is just a simple workaround until that is the case.
What is Liquidity Farming?
In its most simple breakdown, the flow for liquidity farming is:
Exchange an equal value of ETH and PRY tokens for a liquidity token. Stake this token, and earn $PRY rewards each and every block.
This is all processed through our Liquidity Farming portal, so it’s as simple as clicking a few buttons.
This provides liquidity to the ETH / PRY pair on Uniswap, which in turns provides price stability for the pair. In return, you earn a constant flow of $PRY tokens!
When will it begin?
We are targeting a hard-launch of Liquidity Farming V1 for the last half of Tuesday 9 March 2021 (UTC/ PST timezone), with a launch window of 4~ hours being provided later today and tomorrow morning.
This helps avoid against price gaming, while giving our supporters a tough idea of when this major feature will launch.
So in short: the afternoon/ evening of Tuesday 9 March 2021 (UTC/ PST timezone) we will launch Liquidity Farming V1. We will provide a narrowed launch window tonight and tomorrow morning for the launch.
We can’t wait to launch this major product in the Prophecy ecosystem, and we’re excited for our supporters to earn tokens in more ways than ever before!
